In Versilia there are several panoramic points from which you can admire the Apuan Alps, the sea or the marble quarries of Carrara. One of the most beautiful if not the best is located at Passo Croce on the Via Versiliana Carducci also known as Via Fonda in the municipality of Stazzema just above the village of Terrinca .
From this point of view you can admire some peaks of the Apuan Alps such as Mount Altissimo (mt. 1589), Mount Sumbra (mt. 1765), Mount Freddone (mt. 1487), Mount Corchia (mt. 1677) and the nougats of Corchia .
There are also some passes such as the Fociomboli Pass and the Fiocca Pass.
On the other side of the road you can see the sea of Forte dei Marmi with a suggestive vision both at sunset and at dawn.
The whole area is under video surveillance and there is a paid parking lot with a rate of 1 euro per hour.
